CRM & MMS Status Page

We’re excited to announce the launch of our new ClubOS Status Page, designed to give everyone real-time visibility into the health and performance of our systems. This page will serve as a centralized resource for monitoring: 

  • System uptime and outages 
  • Scheduled maintenance windows 
  • Service degradation alerts

Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Members can now export their check-in history directly from the app! This will help those who need to provide information to their insurance for coverage.
  • When configured within client preferences, members can change their profile image from the app.
  • Addressed an issue that prevented some classes from appearing on the schedule when more than 200 classes were scheduled in a single week.  

 

MMS / ASF  

Bug fixes & improvements 

  • NEW! In-club Member Enrollment now supports capturing insurance number information during enrollment. Field is optional and can be enabled via Client Preferences. 
  • Implemented several security enhancements to Member Enrollment and Online Join to prevent scripting and invalid membership creation.  
  • Enhanced security for Online Join by implementing invisible CAPTCHA to prevent automated scripting attempts by bad actors. 
  • When calculating and applying tax during membership enrollment, taxes will also be applied to payment amounts for automatic (rollover) renewals. 
  • Improved load times in Inventory Management, particularly when retrieving large sets of items with images. 
  • Added verbiage to the Code Restrictions screen to help clarify functionality. 
  • Addressed an issue with past due accounts being unexpectedly flagged for return while having a successful payment within the last 120 days. 
  • Addressed an issue that was causing unexpected key errors for some API users when pulling user data.  
  • The IP access control feature is once again able to block users on unapproved IPs, now with our additional security layer added.  
  • Addressed an issue that was preventing some users from successfully receiving the password reset email. 
  • Addressed unexpected invoicing behavior when replacing a cancelled account on Invoice-based billing.
