New Feature: In-App Knowledge Base Search

  • You can now access and search the Knowledge Base directly within the ASF or ClubOS application. Quickly find answers to your questions without leaving the platform—saving you time and keeping your workflow uninterrupted.

MMS / ASF  

Bug fixes & improvements 

  • Updated error handling within MyPOS to improve the parsing of connectivity errors.
  • A new user permission, ‘Override Renewal Terms’, can now be used to restrict changes to renewal terms during the enrollment process within Member Enrollment.
  • Addressed an issue in Offer Builder that prevented some users from applying generic terms to existing offers.
  • Resolved an issue preventing the creation of recurring events when using MyScheduler on an iOS device.
  • The Online Cancellation Settings page has been updated to include a new setting that supports sending confirmation emails to members. When enabled, members will receive an email copy of their submitted cancellation request along with your club's defined terms.
  • Fixed a scenario in which bank information was occasionally lost after updating payment information online via MyASFAccount.com.
  • ASF reference and help links have been updated to direct users to our new knowledge base.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented users from paying select add-on invoices via the mobile app.

Invoice-Based Billing 

  • Invoices will once again reflect the payment method in reports for payments made via third-party integrations or mobile apps.
  • Addressed an issue where unexpected dates appeared for the Next Invoice Date when applying a billing pause.
  • Added support for term renewal agreements entered through the automated rollover process.
  • Fixed an issue that caused late fee totals to occasionally become duplicated when paid online via MyASFAccount.

 

CRM / COS 

Bug fixes & improvements 

  • Member services for package agreements are now available via APIv2 endpoints /training-agreements and /training-agreements/{id}. Users can now easily identify which members have purchased PT and which have purchased Nutrition packages.
  • Notes for any member or prospect account are now accessible through the new API endpoint GET /users/{id}/notes.
  • To support referrals from third-party integrations, web lead forms can now support tracking referrals with a new `referrerId` parameter. When a form is submitted with a valid member external ID or GUID, the system automatically links the new lead to the referring member and adds a clear note to the prospect’s record. Reach out to your account manager to determine if your lead form is eligible for this new setting.
