- The class schedule view now returns the correct time and classes for clubs located in Hawaii time zones.
- Check in history now reflects the correct time for clubs in Hawaii time zones.
- The class schedule text is now focused upon first loading the page.
- Addressed an issue on the past due page that was causing the page to be refreshed unexpectedly and removing the user’s item selection.
- When switching clubs, MCA now refreshes immediately, and users no longer need to access the home screen for the app to adjust locations.

Bug fixes & improvements
- A new client preference has been added for optionally displaying term renewal information on enrollment contracts. Impacts all enrollments in the club and online.
- A new option in the Location Settings section of the Mobile App client preferences allows clubs to decide whether members can update their member images via the mobile app. Please note, we will release the mobile app update to support this in the next few weeks. In the meantime, you can change the setting to enable image updates if desired so that it is enabled once the app update occurs.
- User Settings now allows for specifying a new username when pushing a user to a reciprocal location in ASF.
- Addressed a display issue in Belt Tracker that was preventing rank checklist items from appearing as expected.
- MyScheduler no longer restricts series to 365 total events. An unlimited number of events can now be created in a series.
- Outstanding add-on charges generated from returned payments will now appear as past due and reflect the due date of the original add-on charge.
- Addressed a time zone conversion issue in Invoice-Based Billing which could cause unexpected changes to the selected Start Date when saving an access freeze.
- Addressed an issue preventing the removal of an access freeze while billing is paused.
- Improved the performance of daily invoice billing to address issues that were causing invoices to intermittently be skipped.
- ASF Integration API v2 endpoint ‘addOns’ now includes additional date parameters to restrict results based on the sale date.
- ASF Integration API v2 ‘users’ endpoint response now includes an additional field for identifying users with photos.
- Updated the ASF Integration API v2 with a new users endpoint ‘images’ for uploading member photos via API.

Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Reporting data for invoices dating back to 2024 has been refreshed, resolving missing invoice results in the training-agreement-invoices endpoint.
- Leads added via API v3 are now included in the New Prospect Report, so that users can now get a complete picture of new leads added.
- Enhanced email campaign and recipient calculations logic and improved performance.
- When creating a walk-in lead via API v3, the walk-in event is now assigned to the specified salesperson in the request (if provided), instead of always defaulting to the club’s default salesperson.
- Addressed an issue that was causing an unexpected error to appear on login for users who had duplicated usernames.
- Attendees of unattended events are now automatically marked with a No Show status, resolving an issue where some events remained active due to missing reminder settings.
- Resolved an issue where attempts to add a guest pass via the API would return an error for some users.
- Fixed an issue where events created or updated via API v3 could have attendee or owner reminders enabled without a reminder time set, causing some secondary automation to fail.
- Addressed an issue that was causing some users to be logged out of ClubOS sooner than expected.
- The Select buttons on the email template page are now properly aligned for users with the new look and feel enabled.
- Users with expired passwords are now prompted to reset them upon login to the new login page, ensuring smoother access and improved account security.
- Addressed font sizing and spacing issues and layout issues when viewing a member or prospect profile while the new look and feel is enabled.
