Trainer photos can be displayed in the MyClubAccess app, giving members a familiar face to look for when browsing the class schedule or viewing their booked events.
When a photo is on file for a trainer, it will appear in the circular avatar on class cards in both the Class Schedule and My Calendar views, replacing the initials placeholder. If no photo has been uploaded, the avatar will continue to display the trainer's initials as before.
How to Upload a Trainer Photo
Trainer photos are managed in the ASF User Settings and will automatically sync to the app once uploaded.
- Go to Settings
- Select User Settings
- Click Manage User
- Select the trainer and choose the option to change their photo
- Upload the new image
ℹ️ Once uploaded, photos may take up to 20 minutes to sync and appear in the app.
What Members Will See
- Class Schedule — Each class card will display the trainer's photo in the circular avatar
- My Calendar — Booked class cards will also reflect the trainer's photo
If a trainer does not have a photo on file, the avatar will display their initials on the default colored background — same as before.
Things to Know
- Only one photo per trainer is supported
- Photos are displayed in a circular format to match the existing avatar style
- If a photo fails to load due to a network issue, the app will automatically fall back to displaying the trainer's initials — members will not see a broken image
- There is no action required from members — photos update automatically once uploaded by the club
