Downloading the App

MyClubAccess mobile app is available for both iOS and Android devices. Download the app by searching MyClubAccess in your device's store, or tap the links below to be taken directly to the app:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

Creating an Account

Before logging in for the first time, you will need to activate your account.

1. From the landing page, tap Activate Account

2. Enter your account number and first and last name, Agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then tap Next
   • Your account number can be entered with or without the sequence number 

• If you do not know your account number, click on ‘I do not know my Account number’.
  • Enter the email address, phone number, and name on your account.

1. A verification email containing a 6-digit code will be sent to the email address on file for your account
   • This code must be entered manually — it cannot be copy/pasted or auto-filled

Logging In

Once your account has been activated, tap Log In and enter your email address and password.

ℹ️ If your club has multiple locations, you will also need to select the appropriate location from the dropdown menu before logging in.

Forgot your password?

1. On the login screen, enter your email address and tap Forgot Password
2. A verification email containing a 6-digit code will be sent to your email address
3. Enter the code manually when prompted — it cannot be copy/pasted or auto-filled
4. Follow the remaining steps to reset your password
