The History tab in the Calendar section of the MyClubAccess app allows members to view their past class and event attendance, making it easy to track club usage and activity over time.
Accessing Your History
- Tap Calendar in the bottom navigation menu
- Select the History tab
Your attendance history for the past 12 months will be displayed, with the most recent activity shown first, grouped by month.
Reading Your History
Each event in the list displays:
- Date and time of the class or event
- Event title
- Trainer name and avatar
- Attendance status
Attendance status indicators:

Viewing History for Family Members
If you are the Primary Billing Contact on the membership, you can view activity history for any member on your account.
- Tap the member selector at the top of the History tab
- A list of all members on the account will appear
- Select the member whose history you'd like to view
- The history list will refresh to display that member's events
The currently selected member is indicated with a green checkmark. Your own entry will be labeled YOU.
ℹ️ If you are not the Primary Billing Contact, the member selector will not be displayed and the History tab will show your own activity only.
Things to Know
- History displays events from the past 12 months on a rolling basis
- Events load 20 at a time — scroll to the bottom to load more
- If the same event has multiple registrations, only the most recent entry is shown
- If no activity exists within the 12-month window, the tab will display "No activity yet"
