MyClubAccess Mobile App Setup Guide

Many of the features and displays in the mobile app can be updated directly in ASF. To make changes to how your app appears for your members, refer to the applicable section below:

  • In-app branding and logos
  • App icon branding (now available!)
  • Calendar settings
  • Barcode settings & social links
  • Club info

 

App Branding & Logos

You can control the colors and branding that your members will see after logging into the app. To make changes to the logo or branding shown within your mobile app, go to Client Preferences > Mobile App > Brand Settings

Changing the brand settings will update the logo and colors for the selected location and all reciprocal clubs. Updates made here will be shown in the app in real-time, but may require you to close and reopen the app. 

Mobile App Icon

We now support adding an app icon to allow members to see your logo with the MyClubAccess mobile app on Android and iOS.

Calendar Settings

The event details on your class schedule can be updated via Client Preferences > MyScheduler > Online Settings

  • The ‘Online Event Title’ will be used as the name of the class on the calendar in the mobile app.
     

 

To control when members can book classes online or from the mobile app, go to Client Preferences > Setup My ASF > Schedule ahead 
 

 

The barcode setting for an individual client can be configured in Client Preferences > Mobile App > Location settings. This page also includes social links that can be added that will display on the Club Info section of the app.

 

Club Info 

We provide high-level club information to you members in the app. To update any field refer to the list below:

  • Club Name: The app uses your club's Display Name, set up in Client Preferences > Global
    • Recommended naming: Location Name (e.g. Philadelphia, Austin, Denver, etc)
       

 

  • Email: To update the contact information on the Club Info screen, contact our support team. 
  • Phone: To update the contact information on the Club Info screen, contact our support team. 
  • Address: To update the contact information on the Club Info screen, contact our support team. 
  • Club Hours: Scheduler > Settings > Hours of Operation
