ASF designed a revenue-generating mobile app for our clients and their members to utilize that is directly tied to our My Scheduler application. The ability for members to see the clubs schedule of classes, sign-up for those classes, purchase sessions, and scan into the club or class with a barcode stored in the app from the convenience of their smartphone or tablet is a step above our competition. Moving forward, this app is ASF’s preferred method of a “membership card.”

MMA - Getting Started
The first question that needs to be answered when discussing the MMA mobile app with a client is “Which version of the Scheduler are they using?” MMA is ONLY compatible with the newest version of My Scheduler. To verify which scheduler they are using, you can look at the icon on their home page of My Club Business. If the icon says My Scheduler, then they are using the new version. If it says Scheduler, then they will need to be upgraded and go through client training prior to having access to the MMA mobile app.
Follow the process for converting from Scheduler to MyScheduler and fill out a training for the client, not on the new version; these processes are discussed later in the manual.
For the client that is already set-up and trained on MyScheduler, you will need to have a supervisor turn on the indicator in Mocha and ensure the cost is turned into the accounting department. Once those steps are complete, continue with the below steps to set-up the MMA for the client
MMA - Member Message
The client can set-up message to display to the member when they sign into the app. They can only have one message active at a time; however, they can set-up post-dated messages in advance. To set-up a message follow the below steps:
- From the MCB main page, click on Settings, then click on Message Center.
- Click on MyMemberAccountApp, any message already set-up will appear
- Click on + New Message
- Type the title, message and give it a start and end date & time
- Click Add Message, the screen will revert back to the previous screen, and the new message will appear in the picklist.
- If they already have a message for the timeframe entered, an error box will appear.
- To edit a message, click on the title of the message, make adjustments, and click Save Message. Messages can also be deleted from here using the Delete Message option
- Once a message has been added, it will display in the mobile app based on the start and end date/time
MMA - Featured Event
If a Client would like to feature an event to their MMA mobile app users, they can do so by following the steps below:
- From the main MCB page, click on MyScheduler.
- Click on the
icon to browse
- Click on the Category that the featured event is in
- Click on the Event Type
- Click on the Series
- Select the event that will be featured from the list
- Select Set as Featured Event
- A green box will appear and set it as the featured event on the MMA mobile app
NOTE: If the event has already been created, the client can click into the MyScheduler application, search for the event, click on the “View Event” icon (calendar), and then click “Featured Event.”
Removing a Featured Event
A client can simply replace a featured event by adding a new one through the steps mentioned in the previous section. If they want to remove the featured event without adding a new one, follow the steps on the below:
- Navigate to “My Scheduler - Client Preferences”;
- Click Settings
- Click Client Preferences
- Click My Scheduler
- The current featured event will show at the bottom of the screen, click Remove Featured Event
- The event will no longer show as the Featured Event within their MMA-Mobile App.
NOTE: If a featured event does not show under the My Scheduler Client Preference, the club has not added a featured event.
