Main Screen (Home Icon)
The Main Screen of the MMA mobile app (Home Icon) will feature the club’s name or logo, Client ID, the chosen color scheme, and all the events scheduled that day. If a member navigates away from the Main Screen, they can return to it by pressing the Home icon, located at the bottom of the screen on the left.
Schedules Screen (Calendar Icon)
The Schedules Screen of the MMA mobile app (Calendar Icon) will feature a calendar tile that will allow the member to choose today or a future date to schedule a class, along with tiles that show the Categories of all the classes offered at the club. The member will simply touch/click the appropriate tile and select the day and/or select the event and follow the prompts to sign-up.
There are some key items that you need to keep in mind when discussing the app with a client or member:
- Non-deducting and Deducting classes pull from My Scheduler
- The client can set a limit for the number of days out for future reservations; default is 7 days
- Personal Training pulls sessions from POS/Scheduler
- If a non-deducting event, the member can sign-up
- If deducting event, once a member has selected the deducting session:
- If they have that session available, they will be prompted to Reserve the time slot
- If they DO NOT have that session available, they will be prompted to Purchase Session
- Purchasing is attached to POS & uses member’s card on file. Members MUST have a card on file to purchase sessions through the app
- Can set a limit on the number of classes scheduled in the future
- Can decide which event Categories appear in the MMA app by using the Is Member Visible? toggle when editing/creating a Category
Additional Features
Pressing the icon in the lower right corner of the screen, a member will be able to see future and past events they are/were signed up for.
By pressing on the icon in the upper right corner of the screen, the member will find additional features on the My Account screen
In this screen, the member will have access to the following:
- The barcode that replaces the need for a membership card
- Club contact information
- If the member has access to the client's reciprocal clubs, they can:
- press the down arrow to see those clubs
- press on the club they want access to through the app
- Membership card barcodes for any cardholders on the account (Family Cards)
- Any sessions they have purchased (My Purchased Sessions)
A member may also select a profile picture by either taking a selfie or selecting a picture that is stored on their device.
- From the My Account screen press the Camera icon. The member will then be prompted to take a picture or upload an image from their device
- Once the selection has been made, the member will be able to crop the photo and save it as their profile.
