New Account Reports

By clicking on the Reports button on the main client page in My Club Business, our clients can access a multitude of reports designed to give them and their staff the most information as possible in order to run their business successfully. The report menu is broken down into 9 different categories; Favorites, Add-ons, Attendance, Attrition, Business Tools, Management, Payment Activity, Remit-Deposit, and Scheduler (if on the new version of My Scheduler) Reports. Clients may select the star listed under the individual report description to add the report to their “Favorites” category.

My Reports is designed to provide clients with up to the minute live information and to help them identify key performance indicators within their business. Evaluating factors such as attrition, ROI, and revenue profitability will help our clients evaluate their effectiveness.

It is important to note that several reports will provide the same information to clients; however, each report presents the data in different ways. After each manual section, we will list the core reports that correspond with that data. We will only discuss the core reports in this manual. The first group of core reports is located under the “Management” category as these are considered reports geared specifically towards management level staff.

All Accounts Entered

For the date range selected, this report displays new contracts entered as well as replacement and renewal contracts. It also now displays renewal terms, if you choose that option.

New Accounts Entered

All new contracts processed for the date range entered. This report groups the contracts by the salesperson entered. It also now displays renewal terms, if you choose that option. Note that if a new account is entered within your date range and subsequently replaced, it will appear.

New Accounts Entered-MYE

All new contracts processed using My Enrollment for the date range entered. This report groups the contracts by the salesperson entered. It also now displays renewal terms, if you choose that option. Note that if a new account is entered within your date range and subsequently replaced, it will appear.
