This is the group of core reports that correspond to member account management and can be found under the Add-ons, Attrition, Business Tools, and Management categories.

Clients may also select the star listed under the individual report description to add the report to their “Favorites” category.

Add-on Services Detail

This report is useful to clubs using ASF to process recurring account charges other than dues, e.g., a monthly charge for tanning, childcare, towel service, etc. It displays all the recurring services/charges the member signed up for, not necessarily what is due now. They also have the option to view all add-ons that have ended.

Cancellations

For the date range selected, this report lists all members who have cancelled. You can also display the accounts the club cancels versus the accounts cancelled by ASF. For “Process Only” clients not using the ASF AutoConvert™ program, this report should be run regularly. It will show accounts returned to the club for follow-up after the maximum number of rejects. These accounts will not show on the “Returns” report. Keep in mind; accounts can be cancelled after one attempt if the reason code is one that ASF has determined will not be resubmitted.

Expiration List

For the future date range selected, this report lists all members who will expire. It also includes a column showing the renewal type.

Frozen Accounts

This report lists all accounts you have placed on a freeze. It includes the date range for the freeze, the payment amount, and the next due date.

Active Contracts

Displays all active membership agreements by buyer name. Other features on this report allow you to display members in different ways, sort members by payment methods, show past due members, and e-mail members directly from this report.

Active Cards

Displays all active cardholders on all memberships. Other features on this report allow you to display members in different ways, sort members by payment methods, show past due members, and e-mail members directly from this report.

Renewals Entered

All renewal contracts processed for the date range entered. It also now displays renewal terms, if you choose that option.

Replacements Entered

All replacement contracts processed for the date range entered. It also now displays renewal terms, if you choose that option.
