Having Trouble Logging Into MyASFAccount?
If you’re unable to log in to your MyASFAccount, find your issue below and follow the steps to get back into your account.
Can’t Log In to Your Account?
Start by making sure you are entering the correct information:
- Your email address or account number
- The last four digits of the phone number you provided when you signed your membership agreement
👉 Tip: Your phone number is listed on your membership agreement. If you have more than one number (mobile, home, or work), try each one.
Note: Be sure to follow the password requirements when creating your new password.
Logging In for the First Time?
If this is your first time accessing your account:
- Use the last four digits of your phone number as your password
- After logging in, you will be prompted to create a new password
Forgot Your Password?
To reset your password, you will need your email address and account number.
Follow these steps:
- Go to www.MyASFAccount.com
- Enter your email address and select “Forgot Password”
- Enter your account number
Note: (See “Don’t Know Your Account Number?” below if needed)
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Follow the link to create a new password and log in
👉 Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email.
Don’t Know Your Account Number?
Your account number should be included on:
- Your Welcome Letter (included in the subject line of the email)
- Any statements you may have received from ASF

Didn’t Receive Your Welcome Email?
If you did not receive your membership agreement email:
- Check your spam or junk folder
