The Store in MyClubAccess lets you easily purchase sessions, classes, and other services—right from the app.
How to Purchase a Session
- Tap Store in the bottom navigation menu
- Browse available options at the top of the screen (Personal Training, Classes, etc.)
- Select the session or package you’d like to purchase
- Tap Buy, then select Buy Now to complete your purchase



Payment Information
- A saved credit or debit card is required to complete a purchase
- If you do not have a card on file, you can add one during checkout under Manage Cards
- A receipt will be emailed after the purchase is complete

Viewing Purchased Sessions
Once you purchase a session or package, it will be added to your account.
- To view available sessions:
- Tap Settings
- Select Available Sessions
Here, you can see:
- Remaining session count
- Expiration dates (if applicable)


Helpful Tips
- Packages with high session counts (like unlimited options) may appear with large numbers (e.g., 9999 sessions)
- Purchased sessions are automatically available when booking eligible appointments or classes
