The Calendar in MyClubAccess allows you to view schedules, book classes or appointments, reserve equipment (if applicable), and manage your upcoming bookings, all in one place!
Viewing the Calendar
When you open the Calendar, you’ll see your club’s schedule of classes, sessions, and events.
To navigate the calendar:
- Scroll to browse upcoming availability
- Select a date to view all events scheduled for that day
- Switch between different views (such as daily or monthly), if available

To view events and locations:
- Selecting a day will take you directly to that day’s events
- Choose an event to see more details or book it
- Use the Filter icon to view events at other available locations
NOTE: If your membership includes multiple locations, you may have the option to view schedules for other clubs

Scheduling an Event
You can view and schedule yourself for an event by selecting an event from the list. Once you select the event, you can view its details, including the start date and time, duration, and availability.
To book an event:
- Scroll to the bottom of the event details
- Select Book Event
- If required, choose the sessions you want to use
- Once booked, a green check mark will appear on the event
NOTE: Events that require sessions to be purchased will display an dollar sign icon -
. If you don’t have sessions on your account, you’ll need to purchase them in the app or at your club before booking.
Reserving Equipment (If Applicable)
Some events will also require you to reserve a specific piece of equipment.
To reserve equipment:
- Select Book Event to view available equipment slots
- Choose an available equipment slot
- Select Confirm
Once you have a piece of equipment reserved, you can use the View Equipment option to change your selection if needed.
Purchasing Sessions
Some events may require the purchase of certain sessions in order to attend. These events are indicated by a
icon in the event view. You can purchase these sessions while at the facility, or you may be able to purchase them directly through the app.
NOTE: In order to purchase sessions through the app, you MUST have a credit/debit card on file with your membership account. If you do not have any card on file, you must purchase the sessions in the club

To purchase sessions for a specific event:
- Select the event from the Calendar
- Scroll down to the bottom of the event details and select Purchase Sessions

- This will display all available items for purchase that are valid for the selected event. Once you find the session pack you wish to purchase, click Buy

- Review the details of the purchase, then select Buy Now. A confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address on your account. Once you have the sessions purchased, you can register for the event.

Canceling Events
In some cases, you may be unable to attend an event you had registered for and may need to cancel.
To cancel events:
- Select the event you are cancelling from either the Hub page, or find the event in the Calendar
- Scroll down to the bottom of the event details and select Cancel Booking

NOTE: Depending on your club's policies, you may only be able to cancel within a certain window of time before the event starts. In the event you are unable to cancel yourself from an event, you should contact your club for cancellation.
