The seventh section of the Member Information screen is Notes. The client can access this section by clicking the quick link on the left or scrolling down
Add Note
To add a new account note:
- Click in the Add Note field
- Enter the note in the text field
- If the client is entering a note related to issues with the facility (e.g., broken equipment), then they should turn the Service Note toggle to Yes
- Click Save
Search Notes by Dates
- Click Dates
- Enter a Date Range and click Search
- If the note is a Service Note, there will be a checkmark to the left of the note
- When the service issue has been resolved, the client can click the checkmark and Complete will show on the right.
- If the note is a Service Note, there will be a checkmark to the left of the note
Search Notes by Keywords
- Click Notes
- Enter your keyword, click Search
