Member Management Overview

This function is used when the client needs to make changes to a member account. Changes are made in real-time. The client can verify the change instantly by refreshing the page. We recommend doing this to make sure the desired results from the change made is achieved.

The Member Management application is the main tool used for account management. The main recommended way to navigate to a member’s account in Member management is to:

  1. Click on the Search Members button on the top right of the MCB homepage

  1. Type in the members ASF account number, or their first name, last name or a combination of both. Then, click Search or press Enter on the keyboard

Note

For clubs that share data i.e. clubs with reciprocal locations, the search will pull from ALL clubs.

  1. Click on the correct member and their Member Profile will appear
  2. Click on Account

Clients can also navigate to member accounts directly through the Member Management application:

  1. Select Member Management from the My Apps page

  1. This will bring the client to the member search screen. Clients can search by either Membership (Buyer) or the Cardholder. Clients should be sure to select the correct tab before searching

  1. Enter the search criteria (ASF Account Number, Alternate Account Number, Contract information, or Cardholder information).
  2. Click the Find button
    • If the client does not see the correct member, they can simply research by entering new info, and clicking Find or by clicking Clear and starting over;

Once in the member’s account, the client will find quick links listed on the left. Clicking a quick link simply scrolls the client up/down to the appropriate place within the Member Information screen.

This screen holds a lot of data and has many tasks that can be performed to effectively manage the member's account. We will discuss the Member Information screen in sections:

  • Account Info
  • Billing
  • Transactions
  • Attendance
  • Contract Entry
  • Utilities
  • Notes

The header will follow the account as the client scrolls or uses the quick links and will show the ASF Account ID, Membership Status, Alternate Account #, and Card Code:
