With ASF’s member portal www.MyASFaccount.com we’ve made it easy for our members to take control of their account and manage their membership online. You may need to assist a member in navigating this portal and gathering the information they need.
Initial Sign Up
To gain access to their online account, they will need their ASF account number or email address associated with their account and the primary phone number on the account. Members accessing their account for the first time will need to enter the last four digits of their phone number as the initial password. Once they have logged in successfully, they will be prompted to change their password.
Once the member has established their online account, they will be guided to the home page. A member can view and edit their personal contact and payment information, make any necessary payments towards past due balances, and view payment and attendance records.
Personal Information
This section provides the contact information for the buyer of the contract. Members can update their address, email, and phone number by clicking the Edit Personal Information button, filling out the appropriate fields and selecting the Update Personal Information button.
Printing a Temporary Barcode
Members can also print a temporary barcode pass to gain access to their club via the “Show Barcode” button, should they misplace their card, or need to utilize a temporary pass until their official membership card is available.
For accounts that have multiple cardholders, the member can check the appropriate member to display their individual access pass. When the appropriate members pass is shown, click “Print 1 card/page” in the top right.
