Attendance

The fourth section of the Member Information screen is Transactions. The client can access this section by clicking the quick link on the left or scrolling down;

There are 4 sub-sections to the Attendance Section:

  • Training Schedule
  • Show Attendance
  • Delete Attendance
  • PT Adjust

Training Schedule

This button is linked to the members myasfaccount.com “Training Schedule” tab and allows the member/client to purchase and schedule training sessions without using POS or Scheduler. It also provides the client with easy and immediate access to the member’s training schedule.

To view a training schedule, follow the below steps:

  1. Checkmark the correct member's name

  1. The screen will now show all the available events at the club

  • Clicking Reload Schedules will update any events that may have been added while in the screen
  • Clicking My Schedules will show any events that the member has signed up for
  • Clicking My Training Sessions will show any inventory (buckets) available to purchase and any inventory (buckets) the member has purchased
  1. If they want to join one of the events shown, click on it, if they do not have the proper inventory (buckets) they will be prompted to purchase them;

Show Attendance

Displays the attendance history for the client’s members. Attendance is tracked through the Online Check-In Application, Self-Check-In App & Desktop, and MMA-Mobile App. The client may also filter the attendance to see just the dates they need to look at or for a specific sequence number (cardholder). They can use the Go to Weekly Graph to see a graph of the attendance.

Delete Attendance

Click this box to permanently delete attendance records from the Internet.

  1. Select date range
  2. Select sequence number for the member

Note

If you don’t put in a sequence number, all members on the account will display.

  1. Click Delete next to the record(s) you want to be deleted
  2. A confirmation will appear, click OK to delete, click Cancel to cancel

Note

ASF does not allow clients or employees to add new attendance records because some of our clients work with insurance companies and the Silver Sneakers program, adding attendance records could be construed as fraudulent activities.

PT Adjust

This box allows the client to adjust sessions, buckets, and the expiration date on a member’s PT sessions. In addition, the client can reassign purchased sessions to the different cardholders on the account.

Adjust a Session Bucket

To adjust a session bucket, follow the below steps:

  1. Click Edit on the far right of the session you want to edit

  1. The user can edit 3 fields:
    • Member Seq # - change the sequence number to reassign the sessions to a different cardholder on the account;
    • Sessions Adjusted – use a positive number to add sessions, use a negative number to take away sessions;
    • Expiration Date – type over the existing expiration date;
    • Click “Update”;

Lines highlighted in GREEN indicate there are still sessions available. Lines highlighted in RED indicate there are no sessions available
