Setting Up Instructors

Another aspect of setup will be setting up instructors. Instructors should be added to tests to record which instructor(s) oversees which test.

To setup instructors:

  1. Select Program Instructors under the Administration section from the Belt Tracker menu
  1. The Instructors tab to the right will display any currently created instructors. To add a new instructor, select the Create Instructors tab. This can be used to either create an instructor from your user list, or create a Guest Instructor

This will create the users as instructors in Belt Tracker, at which point they will need to be added to programs in order to add them to tests.

To add an instructor to the program you are currently in, simply select them from the list of created instructors on the right hand side of the Instructors page. This will add them to the list of program instructors on the left.

Select the trash can icon to remove an instructor from the program.

NOTE: This does NOT delete the instructor from Belt Tracker. It only removes them from the program that you are currently viewing

Once instructors have been added to the program, you can begin assigning them to Tests. See this article for more information on adding instructors to tests.
