It’s a good idea to review your follow-up schedule every-so-often. As your audience and business evolve, your approach should too.
Some reasons you may want to change your Follow-Up Schedules are:
- Change in Sales Performance.
- Change in staffing needs.
- Change in business workflows.
Depending on your permission levels (usually a Club Admin or Location Manager), you can access your Follow-Up Scripts and Schedules under My Club > Follow Up Settings.
Follow-ups are broken up into different Audience types:
- Prospects
- Members
- Inactive Members
- Personal Training Members
The landing page will always bring you to the Prospect Follow-up schedule first. If you have access to more than one location, be sure to select the proper location as well.

Each Follow-Up status has a series of Touchpoints. You can re-evaluate your scripts by clicking on the communication method you would like to review:
Pro Tip! You can automatically send Emails and Text messages by toggling the Configuration to Automatic, setting the timing, and preferred contact methods!
