Transferring a Single Follow-Up in ClubOS

You can transfer a single follow-up from the dashboard or from the prospect or member’s profile.

 

Transfer a follow-up from the dashboard

  1. From your dashboard, select the Follow-Up button for the follow-up you want to transfer.
  2. Select the Other tab.
  3. Open the Outcome dropdown and select Transfer.
  4. Add any notes you want to include with the transfer.
  5. Use the Follow-Up With dropdown to select the user who should receive the lead or member.

 

 

 

Optional: Select the option to assign all referrals linked to that profile to the new follow-up user.

 

Transfer a follow-up from a profile

  1. Open the prospect or member profile.
  2. Go to Prospecting > Follow Up.
  3. Use the Follow-Up With dropdown to select the new follow-up user.

Optional: Select the option to assign all referrals linked to that profile to the new follow-up user.

 

Note: All follow-up transfers are logged in the Follow-Up tab of the prospect's or member's profile, including the user who transferred the follow-up and the user who received it.
