Club Switcher
For clients that have more than one club with ASF, and those clubs share downloaded data (reciprocal clubs), ASF offers an easy way for the client to access each club’s data without having to log out of MCB and log back in with a different Club ID.
To have access to the club switcher, the user must have the General Permission Can Access Club Switcher.
To use the club switcher, follow the steps below:
- Sign into MCB for one of the shared data clubs
- Click on the Club ID in the upper right corner
- Click the down-arrow to expose the picklist of shared data clubs. Click the club ID to switch to
- The Alternate Color will show in a strip under the header and around the Club ID as a reminder that you signed into one club but are now working in another;
NOTE: We will discuss how to set the alternate color in the Client Preferences article in this module
Member Profile Panel
The Member Profile Panel is a tool clients should use to quickly navigate to and manage member information. This panel can be used to check purchased PT sessions, access the members account in Member Management, renew the member’s account, review the member’s POS transactions, and more.
This panel is accessed by searching for a member in the Quick Member Search
The member panel contains:
- Basic member information including name, member photo, account number, phone number, email address, and account status. A photo can be added by selecting the Edit option
- The card code (offer code) of the membership the member is currently on
- An Account Alert feature (bell icon). This should be used by clients to add an alert to the account, which will prompt the member to see a club representative when checking in using Online Check-in
- A Past Due Balance note that will be visible if the member has a past due balance. Clients can select this alert to be immediately brought into MyPOS in order to run a transaction for the member to pay any past due balances
- Account – This link will direct the client to the member’s account in either Member Management or the Legacy Members application (dependent on the Set member routing to new member field toggle in Member Client Preferences)
- Scheduler – Links the client to some functions specific to My Scheduler. This can be used to view the member’s scheduled events, view any notes on the account, view the member’s purchased sessions, or adjust the member’s Scheduler PIN
- MyPOS – Used to access POS functions. This can be used to view the member’s transaction history, start a transaction to pay any add-ons, or start a transaction to pay member dues
-
Replace – This will completely override and replace the members contract. If the client is using Contract Entry, they will be redirected there. If they are using Member Enrollment, they will be redirected there. This should only be used if any of the following financial information is incorrect:
- Dues Payment is incorrect
- Number of Dues Payments are incorrect
- Note amount is incorrect
NOTE: Replacing a contract will cancel out the current contract and create a new contract with new payment terms. ASF will stop collecting on the current payment terms and start collecting the new payment terms immediately.
- Renew – This will begin the renewal process for this account. If the client is using Contract Entry/My Enrollment, they will be directed to Contract Entry. If the client is using Member Enrollment, they will be directed there
NOTE: Renewing a contract is extending the original contract. If the original contract is not paid in full, ASF will attempt to satisfy the original contract before drafting a payment on the renewal. If the expiration date of the original contract and the first due date of the renewal are overlapping and they should not, this will cause drafting of dues on consecutive days.
- Belt Tracker – This will only be visible for clients with the Belt Tracker application. This will open some specific functions related to Belt Tracker if the member is part of a Belt Tracker program
