Member Management Fixes and Updates
- Fixed a few issues with Member Management:
- Fixed an issue with updating Alternate Account numbers for first cardholders. Alternate Account numbers will now also update for the Buyer if the Buyer and first cardholder information match
- Fixed an issue with being unable to remove Alternate Account numbers
- Fixed an issue with being unable to remove Insurance numbers
- Fixed an issue with being unable to unfreeze Canadian member accounts
Member Enrollment Fixes and Updates
- Fixed an issue with Member Management failing when attempting to upgrade a prospect after just completing upgrading another prospect
- Fixed an issue with Member Management glitching and combining memberships when using the browser’s Back button during enrollment of a legacy prospect account
MyPOS Fixes and Updates
- Fixed an issue with member cards on file occasionally causing an ‘Expired’ error even when the card was not expired
Club OS Integration Fixes and Updates
- Fixed an issue with guest passes not being created in Club OS for new prospects created in Member Enrollment
Reports Fixes and Updates
- Fixed an issue with the Prospect report displaying incorrect values for prospect attributes
- Fixed an issue with applying filters to the Revenue Detail report not filtering all data that should be filtered
- Fixed an issue with data from the Revenue Detail report not matching data in the Revenue Analytics Dashboard
Online Join Fixes and Updates
- Online Join for Leads has many new features and updates:
- Added a new Client Preference under the Member section labeled ‘Online Join Member Information page creates leads’. This preference will create a new lead at the member information page during Online Join
- A new system-defined attribute called ‘Abandoned Offer’ will be added to all new leads. If the lead does NOT complete enrollment through Online Join, the offer selected will be added to this attribute
- If the lead returns to Online Join and selects a different offer, the ‘Abandoned Offer’ attribute will be updated with the new offer
- If the lead is enrolled through Member Enrollment, if the enrolled offer matches the offer recorded in the ‘Abandoned Offer’ attribute, then the attribute will be cleared. Otherwise, the attribute will keep the value of the abandoned offer
- The Prospect report will have two new attributes that can be used for filtering: ‘Marketing Source’ and ‘Abandoned Offer’
Analytics Dashboard Fixes and Updates
- Added descriptions for miscellaneous additions and deductions to provide additional information when possible
- Updated the Revenue Analytics dashboard user interface to display labels for dashboards

- Whitelisted IP address for Spivi for API access
- Removed all clocked in employees from OLCI for club 9514 (Vive Fitness)
- Global change requests for club 11138 (URGE Fitness):
- Updated the next due date for membership and add-ons dues to March 1, 2022
- Updated the sale date of annual enhancement fees to May 1, 2022
- Updated contract start dates and expiration dates to March 1, 2022
- Updated first due dates to April 1, 2022
- Fixed issues with Brivo syncing with clubs 10969 and 11043 (Alpha Aesthetics)
- Fixed an issue with adding reports through the Intranet site generating an error for club 8812 (Palm Beach Boxing Inc.)
- Voided MyPOS ticket #0016637 for club 11018(Work Out West)
- Fixed an issue with Brivo not syncing properly for club 11018 (Work Out West), allowing past due members to still access the facility
