Software Maintenance Update for May 31, 2022

Member Management Fixes and Updates

  • Fixed an issue with Member Enrollment freezing after using the Convert to Member option in Member Management
  • Fixed an issue with the Reinstatement feature not capping the Dues Accrued After Return amount for Term accounts
  • Fixed an issue with the New Payment Information Needed banner not being removed after using the Clear Rejections button in the Billing section of Member Management
  • Fixed an issue with My Club Business freezing after attempting to remove a Returned Item Fee using the new Add-on/Account Charges screen

Offer Builder and Member Enrollment Fixes and Updates

  • Updated the Gender field to be required for cardholders during new Prospect sign-up

Role and User Settings Fixes and Updates

  • Fixed an issue with the Scheduler - Can Access permission also providing access to MyPOS

Club OS Integration Fixes and Updates

  • Fixed an issue with the Send to Club OS attribute for Scheduler_Bucket items in MyPOS causing an error when set to False

Reports and Analytics Dashboard Fixes and Updates

  • Fixed an issue with the Active Contracts report displaying a value for Abandoned Offer on accounts where the offer code matches the Abandoned Offer

General Software Fixes and Updates

  • Fixed an issue with incorrect member images displaying for some members

Operations Updates

As of May 31, these operations tickets have been closed and completed:

  • Removed clocked in employees for club 10704 (Vive Fitness)
  • Voided MyPOS ticket #0004966 for club 10310 (All-Hours Fitness)

Pilot Features

The following features are pilot features and not available to all clients:

  • Updated the Club OS integration to prevent underage cardholders being sent to Club OS. This comes with a new client indicator: Set minimum cardholder age to send to Club OS. This should be used to set the age of cardholders that should not be sent to Club OS
  • Updated the Amount Due tool of Member Management to include an additional modal window that will provide additional information on the amounts the member owes. Clients will need to select the amounts the member is paying for, then select Pay which will take the client into MyPOS to complete the transaction. This can also include dues accrued after the account has been Returned by using the new client preference Past due balances include dues accrued after return
