Bugs Fixes & Improvements

  • Resolved an issue where duplicates were appearing in the commission report for some clients.
  • Addressed an issue that was causing intermittent backups in event queue processing. 
  • Addressed an issue that was causing some users to be unexpectedly prematurely logged out of ClubOS.
  • Corrected the Text Campaigns page so that all historical campaigns are visible (including older campaigns that were previously hidden due to missing pagination or loading behavior).
  • Fixed an issue that prevented users from deleting location‑level marketing sources in the web app.
  • Updated invoice processing so that users cannot initiate invoice processing in the UI while ABC is in maintenance, preventing failed or inconsistent billing actions.

Entry Sentry, our new check-in application is now available to support 24/7 check-ins without requiring sign-in or forced downloads. (More Info) 

  • EntrySentry is a standalone desktop application that automatically captures member check-ins, records attendance, and manages club access. Running quietly in the background, EntrySentry allows clubs to streamline their check-in process while maintaining secure facility access. 
  • With support for barcode scanners, mobile QR codes, and automated doors or turnstiles, EntrySentry helps create a fast, contactless check-in experience for members while reducing the need for staff intervention.  

Restrict Payment Method Options for Recurring Payments (More info

  • Clubs may now choose which recurring payment methods are available for selection during enrollment. Setting is defined at the payment term level and impacts internal enrollments via Member Enrollment as well as external enrollments via Online Join. 

Automatic Event Check-in at Club Check-in (More info

  • Online Check-In now supports automatic event check-in for upcoming scheduler events. Registered attendees will be marked as ‘Checked-In’ on the event when checking into the club 20 minutes before and up to 5 minutes after event start time. Feature is disabled by default and can be enabled via Client Preferences (Client Preferences > Check-in > Check-in Settings > Automatic event check-in). 

Bug Fixes & Improvements 

  • New! When cancelling add-ons, you can now specify a cancellation reason. Notes will automatically be generated when cancelling or un-cancelling add-ons. Reporting will be updated soon to support better tracking for add-on cancellation reasons & trends. 
  • Improved user experience when adding payment information via the MyClubAccess mobile app. 
  • Addressed an issue that prevented the duplicate email error from appearing in Member Enrollment for some clubs using custom mobile apps. 
  • Resolved a settings conflict that could occasionally cause member record duplication when an existing lead completed enrollment via Online Join. 
  • Increased default font size on document templates for add-on contracts, freeze requests, cancellation requests, and payment information changes. 
  • Addressed occasional download failures when using Google Chrome to access scanned documents via Member Management. 
  • Addressed an issue that prevented copies of the contract from being sent when an online renewal was completed for some clubs using legacy My Enrollment. 
  • Addressed an issue that prevented some signature pads from working as expected. 

Invoice-Based Billing 

  • Addressed unexpected invoicing behavior after replacing an existing agreement with past due invoices. 
  • Addressed inaccurate billing details displayed in Member Management after replacing an agreement with a history of multiple payment amount adjustments. 
  • Addressed an issue that was preventing the balance from being populated as expected for some accounts on Invoice-Based Billing that had been replaced multiple times. 

API Updates 

  • A new endpoint is now available to pull all calendar events for a member. 
  • Additional fields have been added to the GET users API responses to provide additional context on insurance information, contract types, and payment methods. 
  • A new endpoint is now available in API v2 to add prospects.
