If your gym has corporate deals with specific employers or you’d like to track when employers are referring their employees, you can collect a prospect’s employer when collecting information from the prospect. This field is seen on a prospect’s profile and on the Guest Log Report. 

To add the employer field and all employer options to be visible/selectable on both prospect and member profiles and the add new lead page (manual prospect entry), a Club OS rep can add employers to your club’s lists>employers. 

To add the employer field to your customer-facing prospect capture methods (Guest Waiver, Club OS Weblead Form or Club OS Outreach Form), a Club OS rep can configure the forms for you.
