Merging Accounts in ClubOS

If a duplicate or incorrect prospect account appears in your system, such as when a Digital Guest Waiver is submitted more than once, you can easily merge accounts in just a few clicks.

Before proceeding, please note that ONLY the two merging scenarios are available:

  1. Prospects can be merged with prospects
  2. Prospects can be merged with members

Note: Members cannot be merged with other member accounts through this merging feature. If you have questions on this process, please contact the Support Services Team.

 

Steps to Merge Accounts

  1. Go to User Search
    From the main menu, select the User Search tab.
  2. Find the Account
    Search for and locate the account you want to merge.
  3. Click the Merge Icon
    Select the Merge button (represented by two merging arrows) to begin the process.
  4. Choose Accounts
    A popup window will appear.
    • Confirm which account should be kept
    • Confirm which account should be removed
  5. Complete the Merge
    Click the Merge button to finalize the process.

 

 

 

 

 

Important Notes

You will see a confirmation warning before the merge is completed. Be sure to review your selections carefully before proceeding. Then select ‘OK’ to complete the merge. 

Permissions

If you do not have access to the merge feature, please contact your Club Admin to either complete the merge on your behalf or grant you access through your Account Settings.
