Why Aren't My Reports and Dashboard Matching Exactly?
Reports and the dashboard may not always match because they are updated differently.
The dashboard displays data in real time and continuously updates throughout the day. Reports, however, only contain data available at the time the report was generated.
For example, if you run a report and then compare it to the dashboard 30 minutes later, the dashboard may show additional activity that occurred after the report was created. Similarly, reports generated early in the day may contain limited data, while the dashboard reflects the most current information available.
Why Aren't My Rewrites Counting in My KPI?
For rewrites involving existing members, a new agreement must be created for the sale to be properly credited in ClubOS.
Updating an existing agreement does not generate a new sale event between your billing system and ClubOS. To ensure the rewrite is counted correctly in KPI reporting, create a new agreement instead of modifying the original agreement.
When Does ClubOS Reflect New Units and EFT From ABC?
When a membership is sold in ABC, it progresses through several stages before it is finalized.
ClubOS reflects new units and closes as soon as the membership reaches a Pending status. However, EFT values are not reflected until the membership reaches a Posted status in ABC.
As a result, you may see new units and closes appear in ClubOS before the associated EFT amount is displayed.
